RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 14-day return policy. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was despatched, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unworn, and unwashed.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for headwear.
CHANGE OF MIND
If you have changed your mind about an item, all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and you will receive a company credit note only. No refunds for change of mind. No returns on headwear.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size, send us an email – admin@heavyduty.com.au – and we will authorise the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged products to reach you may vary.
When returning items, you should consider using Registered Mail, or purchasing postal insurance. We take no responsibility for any item that is not received.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Online stock quantities are updated daily, however, on occasion stock may not match online claims. If stock is not available, we will contact you to offer a refund, or the option to change your order for something else.
